By commissioning Xeno0210 for any art pieces you are agreeing to these terms

Xeno has the right to refuse a commission for any reason

Xeno0210 as the artist, maintains all rights to completed artwork (Xeno has the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in their portfolio)

Clients may repost commissioned artwork, but must credit me as long as no profit is being made by the client. (no commercial use of my artwork unless given written permission from me)

Xeno0210 does not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork

Quotes are free and can be requested at any time

Quotes will last for 2 months

All commission slots are first come first served

Commissions will only be accepted when the “Open” status is shown on Xeno’s social media or on the home page

A digital reference sheet or photos of other artwork consisting of a front view, back view and preferably side views is required to ensure artwork is as accurate to your character's design

If a commission involves characters belonging to other people, written permission from the other character owner(s) must be provided or they contact me to confirm you have permission to have a piece created with both your characters in (This is not included when commissioning for fanart of someone’s character)

Payment is taken via paypal in USD ONLY

Payment plans for larger commissions are accepted and will be negotiated based on your commission price

For payment plans 10% of payment is required up front and illustration will not begin until that 10% is received (This 10% is NON-REFUNDABLE for ALL commissions regardless of payment plan)

Once full payment is received and the commission is finished the finished piece(s) will be sent to you without a watermark

If you decide you would like a refund during the process of illustration the amount refunded will be determined by the amount of work currently completed on your commission

WIPs will be sent throughout the piece being completed unless requested otherwise (Sketch, lines, flat colors, finished piece)

Throughout the process changes/ adjustments can be requested (Drastic changes will not be accepted beyond the lineart stage)

There is a limit of 3 drastic changes and 5 minor adjustments per art piece any more than this will result in a fee (Fixes needed because of artist error will not count)

All completed pieces will be sent via email to ensure image quality is preserved unless requested otherwise

Xeno0210 does NOT accept commissions with strict deadlines

Usual completion time is a week to a month, depending on place in queue, payments and communication time. (Should a commission take longer than 1 month to complete I will do my best to inform you)
